I figure that if etiquette allows a bride 1 year from the date of the wedding to send a thank-you note for a wedding gift, I can at least squeeze in a ‘Merry Christmas’ post just over 30 days from the actual event. Right? (Too bad if you said no, the beauty of the internet is that I can’t hear you complaining about how late I am in posting this.)\u00a0 Anyway, I thought I’d quickly add some pics from the holiday and maybe we’ll all feel a little more festive about the longest month of the year . . . or is it just me that feels that way? It may only be 31 days, but I tell you, every year January seems to sprout a few extra days. So go ahead — turn on that Christmas CD you keep forgetting to take out of the CD player or dial up something festive on your iPod.\u00a0 Here are some of my favorites from this year’s holiday season.<\/p>\n

Starting\u00a0with the munchkins all dressed up with someplace to go on Christmas Eve . . .\u00a0 from there we go to peppermint sticks on Christmas morning and a reaction akin to the Beatles being in town when they saw the much-anticipated American Girl dolls.<\/p>\n
